One Skillet Cheesy Salsa Chicken Rice Bake

  • 1 cup long grain rice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Cook until the chicken is browned.
