- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
- Add cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
