- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies
- In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream and peppermint extract.
- Pour the cream mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
