A delicious no-bake chocolate peppermint cream pie that’s perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream and peppermint extract.
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
