Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, combine the warm water, yogurt, and olive oil.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, rolling each into a circle.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each Naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden.
  7. In a small pan, melt the butter, then add garlic and parsley, cooking gently.
  8. Brush the garlic herb butter over the hot Naan before serving.
