- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce to the ground beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the spaghetti in a baking dish, followed by the cottage cheese mixture, then half of the meat sauce.
- Repeat the layers and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
