- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 tortillas, cut into strips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, bell peppers, corn, black beans, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla strips on the bottom.
- Add half of the chicken mixture on top of the tortillas.

- Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
