12 manicotti shells
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chicken ham, diced
2 cups marinara sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the manicotti shells according to the package instructions until al dente.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and basil.
Stuff the manicotti shells with the cheese mixture.
Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the stuffed manicotti shells on top of the sauce.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can sprinkle extra cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon and chicken ham with other meats or leave it out for a vegetarian option.
