- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
