  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the lemon pudding mix and mix until combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
