- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon lime zest (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans to form the crust.
- Bake the crusts for about 8 minutes until golden.
