  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving fat in the skillet.
  3. Add green beans and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and erythritol.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.
  6. Return the bacon to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
