  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Season the ribeye slices with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the seasoned ribeye to the skillet and cook until browned.
