  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
