  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
