- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and deglaze the pot, scraping up any brown bits.

- Return the cooked turkey bacon to the pot.
