- 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed cookies with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Top with whipped topping and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, remove the sides of the springform pan and slice.
