  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the sauce mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  6. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topping it with the salmon, broccoli, green onions, and sesame seeds.
