  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 2 cups bow tie pasta

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

  3. Add bow tie pasta and cook until al dente.
