  • 3/4 cup warm water

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the gluten free flour and salt.
  3. Once the yeast mixture is bubbly, add it to the flour mixture along with the olive oil.
  4. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth, then cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
