  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg whites and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
