- 6 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
- Add chopped turkey bacon, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg whites and mix well.
