Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked chicken ham to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
