Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey sausage until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked turkey sausage and bell peppers to the egg mixture.
