Hibiscus Strawberry Lemonade

A refreshing drink perfect for hot summer days, combining the delicate flavors of hibiscus, sweet strawberries, and zesty lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and steep for about 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher and discard the flowers.
  3. Add the sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Mix in the sliced strawberries and lemon juice.
  5. Add 4 cups of cold water to dilute to your taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving over ice.

Notes

  • Adjust the sugar based on your sweetness preference.
