- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until smooth.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract; blend until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Spread almond butter over the chilled layer.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and pour over the almond butter layer.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Chill until set, then cut into bars.
