  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and add the grated carrots and walnuts.
