Hawaiian Roll Egg Breakfast Sliders

A delicious combination of Hawaiian rolls, eggs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham, perfect for breakfast sliders.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and scramble them with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, scrambled eggs, and cheese on the rolls.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it over the top of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
