- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then make thin slices across each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon between the slices of each potato.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, add shredded cheese on top of the potatoes and return to the oven until melted.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
