Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwiches with Turkey Bacon and a Twist

- 2 croissants
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
- Mix the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread it on the inside of each croissant.
- Layer the ham, cheese, and turkey bacon on the bottom half of the croissants.
- Place the top half of the croissant back on and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven, add avocado slices on top, and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider toasting the croissants before assembling the sandwiches.
- You can substitute different types of cheese based on preference.
