Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwiches

Enjoy a delicious twist on a classic breakfast sandwich with our Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread it on the inside of each croissant.
  4. Layer the ham, cheese, and turkey bacon on the bottom half of the croissants.
  5. Place the top half of the croissant back on and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Remove from the oven, add avocado slices on top, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider toasting the croissants before assembling the sandwiches.
  • You can substitute different types of cheese based on preference.
