  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon food coloring (orange)
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
  9. To make the frosting, mix powdered sugar, milk, and food coloring until smooth and spreadable.
  10. Frost the cooled cookie bars and top with Halloween sprinkles.
