Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound salmon, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, salmon, potatoes, corn, Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the seafood and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until seafood is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
