Grilled California Avocado Chicken Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe California avocados
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, slice the avocados and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
