  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Oreo cookie pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Fold in the Oreo pieces.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
