GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN AND RICE

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
