  • 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Stir in spinach, feta, and turkey bacon until evenly mixed.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the frittata is fully set.
