  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each slice, then place a slice of bacon on top.
  4. Roll the bread tightly and secure with a toothpick.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  6. Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
  7. Heat butter in a skillet and cook each roll until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Remove toothpicks and serve warm.
