- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
