Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and espresso powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
