  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 200 g fresh strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gradually fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Melt the butter and mix it into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone with melted white chocolate.
  8. Slice the cooled cake in half and spread the mascarpone mixture on the bottom layer.
  9. Add freshly sliced strawberries on top of the mascarpone.
  10. Place the top layer of the cake back on and spread additional mascarpone mixture over the top.
  11. Decorate with more strawberries before serving.
