  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked beef and vegetables. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
