  • 4 bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic until cooked through.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each bell pepper half with the beef and rice mixture.
