  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
