- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a portion of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Add the turkey bacon to the meatball mixture and blend gently.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
