- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin liner about ¾ full with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
- For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour.
