These Easy Lasagna Cups are a fun and cheesy twist on traditional lasagna, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests!

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. To assemble, place a wonton wrapper in each cup of a muffin tin, layer with ground beef, marinara sauce, and cheese mixture.
  5. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
