- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
