  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add the broken lasagna noodles.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
