- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese, divided
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, and half of the cheese. Season with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Layer half of the tortillas in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
- Repeat layering with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
