A delicious and simple recipe for a classic beef and broccoli stir-fry that can be made in under 30 minutes.

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add broccoli, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and sauce mixture; cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
