  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and water.
  2. Add sliced beef to the mixture, ensuring it is well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For thicker sauce, add more cornstarch.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
