2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
Let them rise for another 10 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For even fluffier rolls, add an extra tablespoon of melted butter on top before baking.
