Dumpling Ramen Soup

Dumpling Ramen Soup is a comforting dish that combines the rich flavors of turkey bacon with tender dumplings and ramen noodles.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 pack dumplings
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop it.
  2. Add chicken broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to the pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the dumplings and ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions.
  4. Once cooked, stir in green onions and sesame oil. Serve hot.
